Victoria

Victoria was rescued by an incredible woman who was visiting Cartagena. Her name was Juanita. Junaita had found Victoria in the streets of Cartagena and noticed that she was older and had suffered or quite some time. She was determined to help her and not leave her behind. Juanita reached out to Cartagena Paws, and quickly took action. She got her to a local vet and began testing. Together Juanita and Cartagena Paws worked out a treatment plan for Victoria, and a few months later she was spayed, vaccinated, and on a flight home to reunite with Juanita in Texas!
