Spencer

Spencer was found in Cartagena living on the streets. He was rescued and had to have surgery to remove a tumour from his throat. Spencer flew to the Maryland,  USA where he was adopted by a wonderful woman who actually fell in love with Spencer while she was visiting Cartagena.
