Serafin

Serafin was rescued by our vet Dr. Ximena in Zona Norte, Cartagena. Serafin was found with a huge tumor on his face. It was large and painful. She knew he was in need of help. She took him into her care. Serafin was infected with neede to undergo chemotherapy until the tumor vanished and he tested negative for cancer cells. Later, Serafin underwent Heartworm treatment. After a year and 3 month wait, Serafin had a chance to fly home with a flight volunteer. She fostered him in New Jersey, until Buffalo Cares was able to take him into foster care in Buffalo, NY and later adopt him out.
