Salsa

Salsa was found with her mother Luna on an island in Cartagena. Salsa was a small and weak puppy who fought for survival. After months at the foundation and later in private vet care, Salsa and her mother went into foster. After a long 8 month wait, Salsa was ready for adoption and flew home to Buffalo, NY.
