Romeo
Romeo was abandoned at the doorstep of the FRAD foundation with a horrible papilloma infection around his eye. He had spent months in this state without medical care and almost lost his eye. Luckily, Dr. Ingrid was able perform surgery on his eye, and saved it. As a Husky mix, Cartagena is not an appropriate climate, and he quickly began suffering from the heat and his skin condition grew worse. We pulled him from the foundation and got him into foster. Now he has been adopted by one of our fellow flight volunteers in Washington D.C.!
