Riley

Riley was rescued by Stephanie and Samuel, the Directors of our Education Program. Riley was found walking the streets of Cartagena as a young puppy. He looked lost and in need of help. His skin had a bad case of mange and his eyes were sad and lonely. As Stephanie and Samuel walked around the city one night, Riley slowly lingered behind them. Before they knew it he had followed them around the city. Right when they were about to try and capture him to get him to a vet, he took off. Stephanie was heartbroken. She wanted to help him so bad! A few days later when she came home from school, she opened the door to her apartment to find him standing there in her living room! Samuel had gone back to the city Centro while she was at work to search for him and he found him! They took him to the vet and preformed all initial testing. Before they knew it he was a young, healthy, and energetic pup. They had fostered many animals before, but this pup seemed to have set a love spell on both of them because they just could not give him up. They decided to officially adopt Riley and now he lives with them in Bocagrande, Cartagena.
