Rhea

Rhea was abandoned outside the FRAD foundation after being hit by a car; she also developed a severe case of mange.  Once we had a sponsor, we were able to pull Rhea from the FRAD foundation and get her healthy and treated.  Once she was healthy, she flew to Buffalo, NY. Rhea is currently with Buffalo Cares and is seeking a forever home.
