Penny

Penny was abandoned by her family after a year and a half, because the woman had become pregnant. She decided that since she was pregnant, she could no longer have a dog in her house. She tied penny up with a rope on her balcony and left her there for a few weeks, before releasing her to the streets with no one to care for her. Penny had no way to defend herself. Luckily, she was rescued and taken to the vet. Penny began all initial testing and treatments. She later was put into foster, before flying home with a flight volunteer and then was adopted in Fairfax, VA where she lives now with our other CTG Paws rescue doggie Blanca!
