Paco

Paco was found abandoned in the streets of Cartagena. He was rescued with his sister Pecas and transported to the FRAD foundation where they were spayed and vaccinated. Paco spent almost 2 years at the foundation with over 400 animals and he became very ill with a heart condition. He was flown home in June in hopes to save his life with specialists. Sadly, Paco passed away in August 2017. We miss him everyday.
