Ophelia

Ophelia was rescued by the ADELA foundation. She was found in an emaciated state with a horrible mange condition. Ophelia was struggling just to make in by on the streets. Once she was rescued they began a series of baths and skin treatments. It took months for her to recover. She was a sweet and loving dog, who desired love from humans. Cartagena Paws took her under their care and worked hard to find her a forever home. She was flown to the USA and later adopted out with Fly with Me Animal Rescue in Canada.
