Lucy

Lucy was a young female cat who was found in the streets of Cartagena with a litter of kittens. It was a rainy afternoon and there was very little shelter for her and her kittens. A volunteer named Jaz took them in and provided them with care. The kittens were quickly adopted out, but Lucy was left. We adopted her out locally to a wonderful woman, who unfortunately became very ill with terminal illness and we had to take Lucy back under our care. Luckily, Buffalo Cares was there to lend a hand and took her in, and adopted her in Buffalo, NY!
