Lazaro

Lazaro was found on the streets of Cartagena infested with maggots that had eaten  through his neck. After a series of intense treatment and surgeries he was rehabilitated and made a full recovery. Lazaro was the first of Cartagena Paws cases to fly abroad under the care of Buffalo Cares Rescue, where they then found his forever home in Buffalo, New York.
