Javier
Javier was rescued by the ADELA Foundation, a fellow rescue organization in Cartagena. He was found in skin and bones and left for dead on the side of the road. Javier had been run over and could not walk. He spent months at the vet and in foster learning how to walk again and receiving treatments. Cartagena Paws took him under their care and finished his rehabilitation process. He spent time in foster with our Director, Maureen Cattieu; before flying to New York with Buffalo Cares Animal Rescue. They found him a wonderful forever home.
