Hector
Hector was abandoned by his family and left at the FRAD foundation. Hearts were shattered the day when Dr. Ingrid posted the picture of his arrival. Hector was emaciated; literally left in skin and bones, with a metal chain attached to his neck. He spent a month at the foundation until we were able to raise enough funds to sponsor his vet care. We pulled him from the foundation and preformed all initial testing and treatments. After, he was moved into foster care in Medellin with Vilma. Later, Hector flew to the USA and was placed with the Sunset-Coast Basset Hound Rescue. He was fostered and later adopted out with a wonderful family there.
