Domingo

Domingo was found near the Plaza Santo Domingo in Centro, Cartagena by a wonderful woman who was visiting Cartagena from New York. She loved Domingo and knew she could help her. She reached out to Cartagena Paws and we assisted in rescuing Domingo and getting her healthy for her flight home a few months later. Now she is living a great life in New York City!
