Chula was rescued by a woman working at a local University in Cartagena. She was a small puppy, the only puppy in the litter of 5 that survived after the first 2 weeks. Carolina reached out to Cartagena Paws and we received Chula. We got her into the vet for all blood-work, testing, and vaccines. She was later put into foster and later adopted by a wonderful family in Boston, MA. This same family also adopted her mother Mona. There were a lot of people involved in getting Chula to her forever home and we really appreciate all the help from vets, flight volunteers, to fosters, donors, and adopters.
