Chester

Chester was found in a dangerous neighborhood in Cartagena with his neck completely tore open from an attack. Chester was brought to the foundation where he received medical care for his huge wound. Chester lived at FRAD until he traveled to Pittsburg PA and was take in by the rescue group Second Chance Sato. Chester was adopted by a wonderful woman and is now living in Pittsburg.
