Charlie

Charlie was found run over in Turbaco, Cartagena. After performing surgery in the hopes to save his leg we eventually had to amputate. He took months to recover and learn how to walk again. Charlie later was adopted with his best friend Roxy (see below) and flown to Buffalo, NY, where they now live together in a very loving home.
